Creamy Spicy Deviled Egg Dip

All the tangy, savory crowd-pleasing flavor of classic deviled eggs, reimagined as an easy shareable dip.

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut into quarters

  • 3 ounces (85g) cream cheese, softened fully to room temperature

  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons classic yellow mustard

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce, or adjust quantity to match your preferred spice level

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Snipped fresh chives, for garnish

  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all prepped main ingredients: hard-boiled eggs, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard, garlic powder, Sriracha, salt, and pepper to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse or blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency, which takes roughly 30 to 45 seconds of processing.

  2. Pause to taste the dip, and tweak seasonings as needed to suit your personal preference. Transfer the finished dip to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh chives and a light sprinkle of paprika. For storage, keep the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
